Emily Procter

 American actress Emily Mallory Procter, born on October 8, 1968, is also an activist. She was Ainsley Hayes the character from The West Wing's political dramas (2000-2002 (2006), and 2006). Calleigh Duquesne on the CBS police procedural drama CSI: Miami (2002-2012).



 



 Early life



 Procter was born on October 8, 1968. William Procter, an obstetrician took her in as an infant . He also adopted Barbara Jones, a volunteer worker. She was born in Raleigh. She was only three years old when she divorced her parents. Whit, her older brother, has also been adopted.



 



 Ravenscroft School was where Procter was educated in Raleigh. While she was at East Carolina University, she became a part of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority and worked as a television weather anchor on WNCT TV in Greenville, North Carolina, later graduating with degrees in dance and journalism.
