Gugulethu Mbatha (better known as Gugu-Mbatha-Raw) is an British actor and film actress known for her role in the film industry for her role in the BBC show "Doctor Who" which is a British Sci-Fi TV series. Gugu was famous due to her character Tish Jones. The character was her sister. Gugu was set to pursue an acting career once her fans fell in love with the vivacious and spirited personality. She has worked on several British stage and TV productions. The actress has been praised for her roles in British period dramas 'Belle' (2013) and Beyond the Lights' (2014). Alongside her role in American movies like Tom Hanks' comedy 'Larry Crowne", she also appeared on TV shows including 'Undercover and Touch'. Gugu Mbatha Raw was the lead character of a mistress and actress in Jessica Swale's play "Nell Gwynn," which was performed by Jessica Swale. The critics praised her performance and nominated her to the Evening Standard Theatre Award. For the great honour of her services to acting, Gugu was made a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) by Queen Elizabeth II.

Her diagnosis was breast cancer in the year 1989. She was able to die after fighting the disease for ten years. Her father is Jewish as was her mother. She brought to Reform Judaism. Handler was raised in a wonderful neighborhood with a happy upbringing. When she was only 19, she made the decision to relocate to Los Angeles and pursue acting. Handler was forced to become an actress in order to make ends meet. Her ability to tell stories was uncovered when she reached twenty-one. Handler then decided to devote her full-time career to stand up comedy. Handler's stand-up career began when she was part of the all-female Oxygen TV show in the hidden camera/practical comedy reality series Girls Behaving Unstably. This show aired from 2002 until 2005. The handler then began appearing in several other shows like Weekends at the D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler was a part of The Tonight Show for a period of time as a correspondent. Handler made her breakthrough in 2006 hosting her own E! show. This show was named The Chelsea Handler. The show ran for a total of two seasons. Following the show, Handler performed on the Comedy Central's Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour in the United States. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend and HBO have shown Handler's stand-up shows. In 2010, she hosted the MTV Video Music Awards 2010 were made public. Roseanne is the only woman ever to host VMAs.
